Σύμφωνα με τον Νόμο 4072/2012 «Δίκαιο Ιδιωτικών Κεφαλαιουχικών Εταιρειών», ρυθμίζεται η σύσταση, λειτουργία και υποχρεώσεις των ΙΚΕ, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των διατάξεων περί δημοσιότητας και υποβολής στοιχείων στο Γ.Ε.ΜΗ.
According to Law 4072/2012, ‘Law on Private Capital Companies,’ the establishment, operation, and obligations of IKE companies are regulated, including provisions on publicity requirements and the submission of information to the General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.).
